Product specifications, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure accuracy, but we are not responsible for typographical errors or specification changes by the manufacturer (Hailei Energy).
Installation services are provided by Rollins Energy or our certified partners. Installation requires a site survey and compliance with UK electrical regulations (BS 7671). Additional charges may apply for complex installations.
Orders can be placed through our website, by phone, or by email. An order is considered accepted when we issue an order confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.
All prices are quoted in GBP (£) and are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time. The price applicable is the price at the time of order confirmation.
Payment terms will be specified in the quotation or invoice. Typically, we require a deposit before commencing work, with the balance due upon completion. Late payments may incur interest charges.
Our products come with a manufacturer's warranty (typically 10 years for energy storage systems). The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty does not cover:
To make a warranty claim, contact our support team at warranty@rollinsenergy.com. You will need to provide proof of purchase and evidence of the defect. We will repair or replace the defective product at our discretion.
Products may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unused and in original packaging. Custom orders are non-returnable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.
